Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with continued education in construction or facilities (as applicable).
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multi-purpose room.
• Exterior cleaning of school perimeter, parking lot, playground, windows.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Dust surfaces, window sills, vents; sanitize restrooms.
• Clean and sterilize restrooms; respond to biohazard messes per training.
• Handle cafeteria cleaning and maintenance; assist with meals cleanup.
• Maintain cafeteria floors and high-use areas; support preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures; adhere to OSHA guidelines.
