Job summary

Potbelly Corporate in Broomfield, CO is hiring a Daytime Team Member for morning and day shifts (8am–4pm). You will help open the shop, prep food, and serve customers in a fast-paced setting while earning $17.25–$17.75 per hour plus tips.

Applicants should be at least 16, with strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off where offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills a plus.
• Ability to manage allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish).
• Team player; able to stand/walk 3 hours+; lift 10 lb frequently, 50 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed.
• Follow health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream) efficiently.
• If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Handle cash: take and balance transactions per procedures.
• Assist with delivery/catering/pickup orders as needed.
