Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is hiring Daytime Team Members for morning and day shifts in Dublin, OH. You will greet customers, prepare orders, and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a bustling kitchen; knife skills a plus.
• Ability to manage allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood).
• Team player who can stand/walk 3+ hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by Shift Leader or Manager.
• Ensure health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
