Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Reset Merchandiser for Coborn's in Hastings, MN. The role involves resetting and stocking sections according to planograms, managing shelf changes, and reporting visits via a mobile app.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with a daytime schedule, no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for paid training and growth. Must travel to multiple stores and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 am. Occasional Fridays.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.
• Experience with planograms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reset and stock the store's sections according to the planogram.
• New item cut-in and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
