Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our merchandising team in Melrose, MN. The role supports Coborn's and involves on-site store resets, stock management, and field reporting with mobile uploads.

Starting at 7 am, you will work Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays. The position offers paid training and a path for growth, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 am; occasional Fridays.
• Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.
• Experience with planograms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reset and stock the store's sections according to the planogram.
• New item cut-in and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
