Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety measures
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
