Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member at our Green Bay, WI location. You will deliver a high-quality shopping experience by engaging with customers, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include supporting loyalty programs, merchandising standards, and safety practices while working collaboratively with peers and supervisors to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising and stock procedures on the sales floor.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support safety and loss prevention programs.
• Address changes and handle day-to-day operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
