First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in mornings and loves bacon-fueled mornings. This role supervises both kitchen operations and the overall dining experience, coaching team members to deliver exceptional breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

Responsibilities

• Lears and supports our You First culture and core values
• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run to plan and with high standards
• Understands sourcing great food and following recipes
• Knows sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
• Understands the 10 Commitments and applies them
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes ownership of repairs and maintenance issues
• Is certified in food safety and coaches in safe handling
• Interviews and hires to grow the team daily
• Keeps company assets secure including POS and equipment
• Understands responsibilities of every restaurant role
• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates when needed
• Trains and develops team members daily
• Recognizes exceptional performance
• Manages daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin duties and required paperwork
