Job summary

Sayre Christian Village in Lexington, KY is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for a full-time, Monday–Friday shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will help seniors with daily living, grooming, mobility, and meaningful activities in a faith-based, nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior residential services, social work, healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to meet residents' physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Assists with grooming needs and daily self-care tasks including dressing, bathing, hair and oral care.
• Supports and delivers resident activities for socialization, exercise, relaxation, and fulfillment.
• Participates in family conferences as needed.
• Potential housekeeping shifts as required.
• Communicates residents' status and needs, and reports concerns.
• Provides courteous customer service to residents and visitors.
