Job summary

Physical Therapist Assistant position in Scituate, Massachusetts 02066 for a rehabilitation assignment at a community facility. Five 8-hour day shifts with a daytime schedule.

The PTA will provide services under the plan of care, monitor patient progress, document and communicate updates to the therapy team, and ensure safe use of space and resources.

New graduates are accepted if licensing requirements are met, and productivity of 90% must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.
• Applicable state license or compact license.

• Availability for five 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services within the assigned rehabilitation setting.
• Carry out therapy activities under the established plan of care and appropriate supervision.

• Support safe use of the therapy space and available rehabilitation resources.
• Meet the schedule, documentation, and productivity expectations of the assignment.
