Job summary

Wisconsin Behavioral Health in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead daytime therapeutic groups for our PHP/IOP tracks. You will work with the clinical team to support treatment plans and reinforce coping and recovery skills.

This hourly, on-site role offers flexible session-based scheduling and requires credentialing to provide group counseling under Wisconsin regulations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed to provide group counseling under Wisconsin codes.
• Ability to work under clinical supervision.
• Comfort facilitating groups of 2–16 clients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements.
• Daytime, on-site availability in Brookfield, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for PHP/IOP clients.
• Support clients in applying coping, communication, and recovery skills in sessions.
• Document group attendance, participation, and observations in the EMR promptly.
• Collaborate with primary counselors and the clinical supervisor on treatment planning.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training as required by state standards.
