Job summary

First Watch, an award-winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, is seeking a General Manager in Pearland, TX. This daytime-only role carries no night shifts, with responsibilities for daily restaurant leadership, guest services, inventory, safety, and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in hospitality, 5+ in management, and strong communication. Expect growth through training and development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality management or acceptable experience in the industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in the hospitality industry, with 5 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and employees.
• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Restaurant Applications).
• Complete understanding of creating and performing operating budgets.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leadership and management of the restaurant and staff.
• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Manage financial and payroll administrative duties.
• Enforce sanitary practices and ensure food quality and service.
