You will supervise both kitchen and dining experiences, coach staff, and ensure service standards align with our You First culture. Responsibilities include driving daily operations, achieving sales goals, managing deposits, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurant operations and leading teams.
• Food safety certification required.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff daily.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports our You First culture and core values.
• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards.
• Knows restaurant sales goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Trains and develops team members daily.
• Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits.
• Completes admin duties and paperwork on time.
