Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Seattle, WA. The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage patients, collaborating with physicians and nursing staff in a patient-centered, evidence-based care model.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate holds WA NP license, national board certification, and BLS, with strong bedside manner and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA NP license and national board certification.
• Graduate of accredited NP program; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions within the NP scope of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and ongoing health management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when additional specialty services are required.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Participate in care coordination and other clinical initiatives as needed.
