Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited or ARRT-approved Radiography or MRI Program.
• ARRT Registered (or eligible) required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Florida Radiologic Technologist License required for Radiologic Technologists.
• MRI program graduates must possess an MRI degree or AMRIT Registry.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations utilizing advanced imaging technology.
• Safely operate MRI scanners and power injectors to produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Apply knowledge of MRI anatomy, pathology, and imaging protocols to ensure accurate studies.
• Maintain proficiency with MRI equipment and imaging software.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
• Perform venipuncture and administer contrast media as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with imaging standards.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees and students as needed.
• Promote a positive experience for patients, physicians, and fellow team members.
