Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores, creating a safe, visually appealing shopping environment that makes products easy to locate.

Most work is behind the scenes, but you may engage with customers occasionally to answer questions and assist with merchandise handling, while supporting the Merchandising Services Team on resets and product placement.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products and optimize displays across the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution and in-store service.
