Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness multi-unit franchisee, seeks a friendly Member Services Representative at our Jacksonville Beach Blvd club in FL. You will greet guests, process sign-ups, answer questions, and keep the club clean and welcoming for all members and prospective members.

Ideal candidates have 18+ with a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, basic computer use, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members with rate calculations.
• Take prospective members on tours and support club manager with cash handling.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the club, complete daily tasks early in shift.
• Support club operations as needed.
