Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
• Visual color acuity screening may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assistance and patient care to ensure comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assist physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in a medical office setting.
• Work within a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by physicians and supervisors.
