The role involves a range of patient care duties within a multidisciplinary team, with duties assigned by supervising physicians and clinic staff. 7a-4p Monday through Thursday, 7a-12p Friday, on-site position in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
• Visual color acuity screening may be required for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing assistance and patient care to support comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office settings.
• Performs patient care duties within a multidisciplinary team as delegated by physicians and staff.
