Langdon Place of Keene, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will work with nurses to provide dependable, resident-centered services in a warm, home-like setting.

As an LNA, you will assist with personal care, monitor condition changes, document care flow sheets, and help with meals, mobility, and transfers.

Formación

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
