Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide hands-on care and assist with daily living activities for residents. You will work with nurses and the care team to ensure dignified, compassionate, and consistent care.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support meals and feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition and skin integrity.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
