Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking dedicated Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNAs) to join our care team. This full-time, part-time, or per diem role offers 3PM - 11PM shifts with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience and may include shift differentials and other options.

You will provide daily personal care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and support care plans in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA certification in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Safely lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Assist with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentation.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and record intake.
• Weigh residents and report changes promptly.
• Monitor skin conditions and report concerns.
• Support toileting programs and document care.
• Maintain flow sheets and progress notes.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Participate in care plan meetings as assigned.
• Follow infection-control and safety protocols.
