Buzz Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic kitchen team member for Rí Rá Irish Pub in Burlington, VT. You will prepare high-quality, timely dishes for general service and events, maintain cleanliness, and support a fast-paced, full-service kitchen with a strong emphasis on hospitality.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and culinary techniques.
• Pride in presentation and quality of prepared foods.
• Cleanliness and sanitation of station and kitchen.
• Team player with guest and colleague consideration.
• Organized with strong communication and ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of genuine hospitality.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen.
• Ideally holds state or county food service license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality, timely menu items for service and events to exact specs.
• Complete prep and portioning tasks as directed by kitchen management.
• Restock stations by prepping general items without heavy guidance.
• Follow all Company SOPs related to health and sanitation.
• Keep workstations clean, organized and inspection-ready.
• Maintain and clean small wares and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure setup and breakdown tasks are completed to standard.
• Adhere to local/state food service laws and BOH facility requirements.
