Job summary

Ri Rá Burlington is seeking passionate kitchen team members to join a high-volume, scratch kitchen in downtown Burlington, VT. You will contribute to the quality of menu items and uphold the restaurant’s standards for presentation and hospitality.

You will prepare items for service and events, maintain clean stations, and work closely with the Kitchen Manager and team to ensure smooth operations. We offer a supportive environment with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, timely menu items for service and events as specified.
• Complete prep and portioning tasks per Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef instructions.
• Restock stations by prepping general items as needed.
• Adhere to health and sanitation SOPs and food safety standards.
• Keep work stations clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Maintain all small wares and equipment in good condition.
• Ensure accurate setup and breakdown for shifts and events.
• Follow all local/state food service laws and BOH facility rules.
