Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs overhead
• Stand for 6–10 hours
• Fast-paced, high-intensity kitchen environment
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts
• Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Preparing produce, salads, and other menu components
• Preparing chicken and other products for service
• Producing and stocking food throughout the day based on business needs
• Preparing catering and large-volume orders
• Monitoring product levels and communicating when additional preparation is needed
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized prep area
• Operating kitchen equipment safely
• Working ahead of demand to ensure the kitchen is prepared for upcoming business
• Completing opening and daytime kitchen tasks with accuracy and urgency
• Cleaning and resetting prep areas throughout the shift
• Helping the BOH team maintain a smooth and efficient operation
