As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll prepare and present food safely, learn station roles, stock and maintain a clean kitchen, and grow with an independent Owner/Operator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
• Know kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, etc.)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean kitchen
• Stay updated with new Chick-fil-A products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
