Another Broken Egg of America, LLC is seeking a General Manager to assist in managing back-of-house operations in Beavercreek, OH. The role involves hiring, training, and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing kitchens effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the company’s 6‑week training program required.
• Achievement of ServSafe exam or valid ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily back-of-house operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise back-of-house staff.
• Organize and oversee BOH staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen operations closely with the GM.
