Another Broken Egg Cafe is seeking a Culinary Manager to support daily back-of-house operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experiences with a fully chef-curated menu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Completion of corporate’s 6-week training program required.
• Pass ServSafe exam or possess ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily BOH operations.
• Hires and trains BOH staff; manages schedules.
• Conducts performance evaluations; enforces company policy.
• Manage kitchen operations; ensure health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete food inventories and place orders.
• Control food cost and waste; maintain equipment upkeep.
• Train staff on equipment use and safety procedures.
• Prepare and submit operations reports as requested.
