• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dish machine safely and properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
• Empty trash and recycling from kitchen areas as needed
• Assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
• Support basic prep tasks when time allows
• Maintain organized storage of clean equipment
