Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs; MVR checks apply.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain daily upkeep of the assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers and customers.
