Job summary

Haven Home Care is hiring caregivers in Summit County, Ohio. Most shifts run 2–6 hours between 8AM and 5PM, with no overnights. You decide the days and times you can work, and we match clients to your window.

No experience is required; we offer free training. Pay ranges from $16–$20/hour based on license and experience, plus 10% holiday pay and biweekly direct deposit. You’ll drive between clients, with paid travel time, and a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a driver’s license.
• Pass background checks and work at least 20 hours/week.
• No experience required—free online training available.
• Pay depends on license/certification: STNA, HHA, or training path.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living in clients' homes.
• Bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping and errands.
• Provide companionship and monitor client wellbeing.
