Job summary

Haven Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to serve clients in Summit County, Ohio. Roles offer multiple entry paths: STNA license, HHA certificate, or experience under a licensed nurse, with pay ranging from $16 to $20 per hour plus holiday bonuses.

Workers are paid biweekly with direct deposit, and drive time between visits is paid. Training, annual raises, and bonus programs are designed to reward reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Ohio requires STNA license (active or expired) to start via Path 1.
• HHA certificate or equivalent experience qualifies for Path 2/3.
• Free training pathway available for those without certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to elderly clients in Summit County, Ohio.
• Follow Haven Home Care's policies and care plans.
• Ensure client safety, comfort and daily living activities, including mobility support.
