Job summary

Haven Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides in Summit County, Ohio. You will assist seniors in daily activities in clients' homes and support independence while following care plans under supervision.

Training options include STNA license, HHA certificate, or supervised experience with a licensed nurse, with clear pathways to raises and increased pay. Earn from $16 to $20 per hour depending on path and experience.

Qualifications

• Ohio requires Home Health Aides to have training OR supervised experience under a licensed nurse.
• Path 1: STNA License (fastest start) — Ohio STNA license required.
• Path 2: HHA Certificate — 30+ hours with RN signature.
• Path 3: Experience under a licensed nurse — 1+ year supervised by RN/LPN.

Responsibilities

• Go to clients' homes and help with daily activities (baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands).
• Provide companionship and mobility assistance; no medical tasks or medications.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.
