Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides and STNAs to serve clients in Summit County, Ohio. Multiple start paths exist depending on your credentials, including STNA, HHA certificate, 1+ year supervised by a licensed nurse, or a free 32-hour online training path.

Wages range from $16 to $18 per hour, with path-dependent scheduling and a structured progression plan. Training, fingerprinting, and online orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• STNA license required; active or expired is acceptable.
• HHA certificate (30+ hours) required.
• 1+ year experience under an RN or LPN qualifies the Experience Path.
• Caregiving experience counted if supervised by a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

• Go to people’s homes and help with daily life for older adults.
• Assist with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning and errands.
• Communicate client needs to supervisors and follow care plans.
