Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures food is served at correct temperatures and with good presentation.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures during service and records shift activity.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between workstations and storage.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisor as needed.
