Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at Allegion in Indianapolis, IN. The position requires strong grill cooking experience and regular daytime hours, Monday–Thursday with some Fridays, 5:00 am–3:30 pm.

As a Grill Cook you will prepare items for the grill station, take orders, and ensure quality, temperature and presentation meet federal, state, and Eurest standards while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Strong grill cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Maintains correct temperatures and attractive presentation of food.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Carries pans and trays safely between work areas and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
