Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Cook for the Nalco/Ecolab site in Naperville, IL. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with no nights or weekends. Experience is required to prepare food per standardized recipes and ensure quality, safety, and on-time service.

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and temperature control.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Maintains safe work environment and follows HACCP standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance needs and faulty equipment to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Develops good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
