Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service and records from area worked.
• Ensures proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Carries pans and trays to and from workstations while following safety standards.
• Stores foods in designated areas with proper wrapping and dating.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports information to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs duties safely in a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
