Job summary

Picasso Restaurant Group is hiring a Grill Cook for our U of M Dearborn Café at University of Michigan–Dearborn. We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking cook to help prepare fresh, high-quality meals in a fast-paced café environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. Pay is competitive based on experience, and health benefits are available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous grill or line cook experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and quality standards.
