Chick-fil-A Oswego is hiring Team Members for the Front of House team. No experience is required and training is provided. Openings are available for day time, full-time, and part-time availability.

We promote from within and focus on delivering outstanding guest service in a friendly, safe dining environment. Front of House responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

FRONT OF HOUSE specific job duties include greeting guests, taking guest orders, serving food to guests, providing outstanding service in the dining room, and maintaining a clean & safe restaurant environment.

Front of House Responsibilities:

• Positive attitude and a great smile

• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
• Create a welcoming and kind environment between yourself and other team members
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both guest and team member areas

• Know all relevant Standard operating procedures
• Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety procedures.
• Set personal and professional goals and work to achieve them

• Resolve problems for guests using the H.E.A.R.D. model (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Delight)
