Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors, chairs, booths, windows, and service stations.
• Restock silverware, napkins, bus tubs, and other service items.
• Transport bus tubs to the dish area and help sort dishes.
• Monitor and maintain clean, stocked restrooms and guest areas.
• Support hosts during peak times by managing table availability.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide friendly, helpful interactions with guests.
• Communicate clearly with staff to keep service running smoothly.
