Job summary

Crest Services in Minnesota is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries. You will help them build independence and participate in everyday activities, with paid training and flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles.

Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spend your day supporting individuals as they build independence and enjoy meaningful, active lives.
• Take members on fun community outings like parks, restaurants, shopping, movies, local events, and recreational activities using company-provided transportation.
