Job summary

Crest Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive setting.

The role offers a part-time float schedule on Saturdays and Sundays, with paid training. We emphasize people-first care, teamwork, and responsive, holistic support for individuals with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in medical/healthcare preferred but not required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
• Help with transportation to appointments or activities
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care
