Job summary

DTK Facility Services LLC, a Texas-based commercial facility services company, seeks Maintenance Porters to maintain cleanliness and functionality during business hours across various facilities in Houston. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish candidates, with strong attention to detail and customer service. Training on health and safety guidelines will be provided.

Qualifications

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
• Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
