Job summary

DTK Facility Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Porter to uphold cleanliness and functionality during business hours across offices and facilities.

You will respond to daily cleaning needs, cleaner desks and surfaces, report issues, and assist with light maintenance while following health and safety guidelines. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong reliability and customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Report maintenance issues and assist with light tasks.
• Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed.
