Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking Maintenance Porters to maintain cleanliness and functionality of facilities during business hours. Responsibilities include quick cleaning tasks, responding to immediate needs, and coordinating with building users.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
• Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
