Skilled Wound Care in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a no-night, no-call practice focused on wound care. This role offers daytime, Monday–Friday hours with optional part-time or full-time schedules and a focus on enduring patient relationships.

You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities, and enjoy streamlined documentation with custom software.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical license in the state.
• Unrestricted license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care including debridement and bedside procedures.
• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities.
• Ensure high-quality documentation with streamlined processes.
