Job summary

Swig Saratoga Springs is seeking a friendly Daytime Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll greet guests, craft drinks, help with food prep, stocking, and keeping the dining room spotless while delivering a great guest experience.

Bring a positive attitude, strong communication, and availability between 7am and 3pm on weekdays. Must be at least 16 years old and have a food handler's permit; transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Daytime availability 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to maintain efficiency.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all areas.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
