Job summary

Swig is hiring daytime team members to craft drinks and food, greet guests, and keep the dining area pristine. You’ll handle prep, stocking, and to-go orders while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates will be at least 16 years old with excellent communication and teamwork skills, ready to learn Swig procedures and contribute to a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates.
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Maintain a clean dining room and work area.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders and ensure accuracy.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and upsell where appropriate.
