Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indiana is seeking a daytime Customer Service Team Member to greet customers, advise on services, and help maintain a park-like environment.

This role offers flexible day schedules (Mon-Fri), incentive pay, daily pay options, and benefits for full-time staff including health, dental, vision, a 401K match, and tuition reimbursement; you must be at least 16, with no prior experience required, and be able to work 7AM–4PM and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM-4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
